How to Design A 1,000 ㎡ Compound Fertilizer Granule Plant Layout in Yemen?
The Yemeni customer had rent a 1,000㎡ factory space in the industrial outskirts of Sanaa. The location is advantageous due to its proximity to the capital, though it comes at a higher rental cost of $18,000 per month. Additionally, he said it is extremely short of water, and fertilizer production relies on expensive groundwater at $4-5/m³. However, power outages and unstable electricity supply are frequent concerns. The client requested a cost-effective and efficient solution that addressed these problems.
In response, we provided a comprehensive factory layout plan in Yemen and a customized solution for free. Considering the 3-5 t/h capacity, we suggested a small-scale compound fertilizer granulation line alongside a 5 t/h bulk blending fertilizer manufacturing line. Also, the fertilizer granulation workshop would require approx. 300 m³, while the bb fertilizer mixing line would occupy around 500 square meters. So the workshop remaining 200 square meters could serve as raw material storage or warehousing.
