Process of Large Scale Production of Bio-fertilizers
If your technical conditions, funds and equipment allow, you can establish a laboratory to cultivate strains, which can save time and tedious procedure of purchase, prevent contamination of the strains during transportation, and can be applied at any time. If the conditions do not permit, direct purchase of strains or microbial agents instead of microbial culture in the laboratory, is another viable option.

The main large scale production of bio-fertilizers can be divided into four stages:
To pay attention to your requirements, if you needn’t cultivate strains, the first production step can be directly transferred to the composting.
You should keep the moisture of manure below 60% with a dewatering machine before adding shattered straw, bran, maize meal and other auxiliary ingredients. After mixing them with a blender, you can send them to fermentation grooves by a loader.
Then you can spray evenly solid microbial agents, organic matters, additives, and medium or trace elements on the manure. The composting and fermentation process with compost equipment can accomplish warming, deodorization, and decomposition.
With the screening machine, you should transport the powder bio-fertilizer to the packing workshop for weighing and packaging. Besides, you can also transport to the granulator for making bio-fertilizer pellets.
The produced particles with high water content, so you need to dry with a dryer and then transfer them to a cooling machine to improve the strength of the particles.
After cooling, you can send the semi-finished pellets to the screening system, and carry out the secondary granulation for unqualified particles.
The conveyor machine conveys the finished particles to the coating system. During this process, you can add functional bacteria to improve the fertilizer effect.
After coating, the belt conveyor transports pellets to the finished product bin. After measuring and packing by the quantitative packaging system and human assistance packing, the conveyor sends bags to the palletizer to automatically place the goods.

1. Wheel Type Compost Turner
The wheel type compost turner is suitable for large scale bio-fertilizer production. With the large output, its maximum turning width is up to 30 meters. Power consumption is lowered by 70% when compared to typical composting equipment. 2. Fermentation Pot
The body of fermentation pot is constructed of steel plate, and the inner layer is stainless steel. This machine has an air inlet, an air outlet, a discharge and feeding port, and stirring equipment. 4. Rotary Drum Churning Ganulator
We have one model SXZJZ-1660 with the capacity of 5-8t/h. It has higher output compared with the churning granulator, and makes pellets better sphericity and more beautiful than the drum granulator. It is undoubtedly suitable for large scale biological pellet fertilizer production.
