On June 7th, 2024, we received an inquiry from Benjamin Gonzalez, a representative of ABY TECH, S.A. He works in this prominent intermediary company in David, the capital of Chiriquí Province, Panama. Moreover, ABY TECH, S.A. deals in chemicals products, petrochemicals, plastics, and perfumes, serving a variety of local clients. Thus, this particular inquiry was on behalf of a local Panama’s farm. According to his needs, we design an electric horizontal mixing machine with Siemens motors. So it complies with international standards, ensuring reliability and performance. However, we take issue with Benjamin wanting a horizontal blender mixer with the gasoline engine. Due to high price of Premium petrol (No. 95 gasoline), $1.39 USD/L, we advised to use diesel engine of horizontal blender for sale. Because diesel costs $1.26 per liter in Panama. Finally, he decided to buy such two fertilizer mixers, and we offered an average of $1,642 per unit.

After communication, we provided Benjamin with detailed images, videos of the machines, and relevant certification documents. Hence, this customer was convinced of the quality and reliability of our products. Also, we offered the total quotation of $7,892 (Approx. 7,892 PAB). Subsequently, they paid a 40% deposit ($3,200) on July 20th, 2024. Once the equipment was ready, we sent a video showcasing the machines in action to Benjamin. Satisfied with the performance and quality, Benjamin made the remaining payment on August 4th, 2024.
Besides, this customer has questions about DDP. We told the customer not to worry, and we will contract customs clearance and a series of procedures. Then, our factory prepared the shipment, ensuring that the equipment was securely packaged. Given the destination at David, Panama and the dimensions of fertilizer equipment, we estimate the delivery time was approximately 4-6 weeks, with an additional 1 week for shipping and customs clearance.
